Shipping Options
For shipping we use FedEx and the United States Postal Service. Delivery times depend on the service selected.
USPS Ground - Arrives 2-7 business days after shipment, Alaska and Hawaii allow 3-7 business days, both are excluding holidays.
USPS Priority - Arrives 3-5 business days after shipment, including Saturdays but not holidays. Only requires signature under certain circumstances.
USPS Priority Express - Arrives 2-4 days after shipment, including Saturdays and holidays. This service always requires a signature.
FedEx 2Day - Arrives 2 business days after shipment, this excludes holidays.
FedEx 3Day - Arrives 3 business days after shipment, this excludes holidays. This service is only available to the contiguous 48 states.
Please note: FedEx requires a physical address for delivery, if your shipping address includes a P.O. Box, please select another shipping method.
All in stock orders ship within 72 hours (3 business days) from the time of request, weekends and holidays are the exceptions. Orders received before 12noon PST may at times, ship earlier.
Order Status
When orders ship we will update the tracking information within 24 hours of the shipment, and an email including the information will be sent to you. For orders not yet shipped, no further updates will be sent until shipping occurs. Please note that you are always welcome to contact us for updates on your order.
We work hard to ensure packages ship and are delivered on time and in good condition. Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our facility, we have little control over what happens to it, but are available to help if something does go wrong in transit.
Holiday Closures
We are closed Saturdays and Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day(Dec 26).
When our office is closed you will still able to place orders online, these orders will process within 72 hours (3 business days) after the holiday or weekend occurs.
